Returns & Exchanges 

I create a lot of patterns and marbled pieces so it is important to note that no two pairs will be exactly the same. Small imperfections are to be expected due to the handmade nature of these items and include small bubbles, color variations, and lines. Please review item descriptions carefully. Quality is of the upmost importance to me and I will never sell a piece that I am not proud of, would not wear myself and stand behind 100%.

Returns are not accepted. If there are any issues with your item please reach out to me via email so that we can discuss your options further. 

I do not accept cancellations on any orders. Exchanges may be honored on a case by case basis. Should you receive a damaged earring please email me and we can work out a solution together. 

Shipping

It is always my goal to get orders out as soon as possible. You may experience a processing time of up to 7-10 business days on my end. The average time it takes me to get orders out is typically around 3-5 business days. If you need an order by a specific date you can email me and I will do my best to accomodate you. You may also choose to purchase USPS Priority shipping at checkout. 

Once the item has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information from USPS. I am not responsible for any delays, damages, or any lost packages when they are in the care of USPS. Please contact me if this happens after you make a report and I will do the same.
