Do you do custom orders?
At this time I will be unable to take on any custom orders. It is my hope that in the future I will be able to take on customs periodically.
Do you offer wholesale?
Wholesale ordering is available! Consignment is available on a case by case basis. Please let me know which you are interested in when you email me. DM's on any social media platform are easily lost and I can not conduct business through them. Thank you for your understanding!
What's the scoop on returns and exchanges?
I do not accept cancellations on any orders. Exchanges may be honored on a case by case basis. Should you receive a damaged earring please email me and we can work out a solution together. Returns are not accepted.
How fast is shipping?
It is always my goal to get orders out as soon as possible. You may experience a processing time of up to 10 -12 business days on my end. All packages are sent via USPS. Business days do not include weekend or US holidays. PLEASE NOTE! Shopify will send you a shipping notification when your label is printed. That does not mean your order is at the post office. That means I printed the label. I have no control over this.
I think my order is lost, what should I do?
Email me! I am not responsible for any delays, damages, or any lost packages when they are in the care of USPS. Please contact me if this happens after you make a report and I will do the same.
Do you ship worldwide?
I need different hardware, are there options?
Absolutely! Please email me AFTER you place your order with your order number and what hardware you would like switched out. Currently, there is no charge for subbing.
