Do you do custom orders?
At this time I will be unable to take on any custom orders. It is my hope that in the future I will be able to take on customs periodically. 

Do you offer wholesale?
Wholesale ordering is available! Consignment is available on a case by case basis. Please let me know which you are interested in when you email me. DM's on any social media platform are easily lost and I can not conduct business through them. Thank you for your understanding! 

What's the scoop on returns and exchanges?
I do not accept cancellations on any ordersExchanges may be honored on a case by case basis. Should you receive a damaged earring please email me and we can work out a solution together. Returns are not accepted. 

How fast is shipping?
It is always my goal to get orders out as soon as possible. You may experience a processing time of up to 7-10 business days on my end. The average time it takes me to get orders out is typically around 3-5 business days. All packages are sent via USPS.

I think my order is lost, what should I do?
Email me! I am not responsible for any delays, damages, or any lost packages when they are in the care of USPS. Please contact me if this happens after you make a report and I will do the same. 

Do you ship worldwide?
I do! The only countries I am unable to ship to at the moment are Australia and New Zealand due to USPS stopping shipments.
